Club Member Management

Hi everyone!

This summer we came across two great sign up sheets that I’d like to share.

Both of these sheets are for a member-run club; one for scheduling gatekeepers and the other for scheduling regular maintenance and upkeep of the club.  Take a look.

Here is the Gatekeeping  Schedule and here is the Maintenance Schedule one.

These sheets are in fact a great asset for managing and assigning duties to members in any large organization.

This is what we like about both of these two sign up sheets:

  1. Clear directions and explicit instructions:  This is an excellent example of how to use the INSTRUCTION box on sign up sheets.
  2. Precise job descriptions:  Clarity of roles and commitments is a must for large groups.
  3. Very nice tone; friendly and direct!
